At Petal & Palm, we believe weddings are built on thoughtful planning, a calm presence, and a team that genuinely cares about the experience you’re creating. Wedding days are made up of many moments happening at once, both big and small, which is why we approach every wedding as a team effort.
Most events are supported by two to four coordinators on site, allowing us to be in multiple places at the same time, keep things running smoothly, and support everyone involved as the day unfolds. This team-based approach helps us protect the flow of the day while also creating space for meaningful moments, whether that’s a quiet breath before the ceremony, a last-minute adjustment, or making sure an important detail is exactly where it should be.
By working together behind the scenes, we’re able to create a day that feels seamless, supported, and full of ease, so you can stay present and truly enjoy your celebration.
