Wedding Management is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the majority of the planning process themselves, but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.
TIMELINE: 10 WEEKS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE
This package includes:
Pre-Wedding Support
Immediate access to your client portal upon signing of your contract
Email communication twelve weeks prior to your wedding
Personalized planning to-do list for the final twelve weeks with deadlines
One onboarding call to align on vision, priorities, and logistics
(5) coordination consultations scheduled throughout the final weeks
Takeover as primary point of contact for all contracted vendors
Review of vendor contracts, timelines, and key details
Access to our client portal for timelines, documents, and communication
Personalized planning checklist with final deadlines
Custom wedding day timeline and event flow
Wedding party and immediate family timelines
Venue walkthrough approximately four weeks prior to the wedding
Final vendor confirmations, arrival times, and logistics coordination
Etiquette guidance and troubleshooting support leading up to the event
One-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination during wedding week
Wedding Day Coordination & Execution
Team-based support with one Lead Coordinator and two Assistant Coordinators
On-site coordination for up to 10 hours on the wedding day
Full management of vendors, including venue, catering, rentals, floral, entertainment, photography, videography, beauty, officiant, and transportation
Oversight of ceremony, cocktail hour, reception flow, and transitions
Pre-ceremony coordination with wedding party and immediate family
Placement of personal décor items on tables and designated surfaces
