Wedding Management

Wedding Management is our most comprehensive coordination offering, created for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want to ensure a professional, seamless experience as the day approaches.

This service is designed to protect your vision, manage logistics with precision, and allow you to fully enjoy your wedding day while our experienced coordination team handles execution behind the scenes.

TIMELINE:  8 WEEKS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

Pre-Wedding Management

  • One onboarding call to align on vision, priorities, and logistics

  • (5) planning consultations leading up to the wedding

  • Takeover as primary point of contact for all contracted vendors starting eight weeks out

  • Access to our client portal for centralized communication, timelines, and planning tools

  • Review of vendor contracts, schedules, and confirmed details

  • Personalized planning checklist with final deadlines

  • Venue walkthrough approximately four weeks prior to the wedding

  • Customized wedding day timeline and event flow

  • Wedding party and family timelines with clear instructions

  • Final confirmation of all vendors, arrival times, and logistics

  • Etiquette guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the final weeks

  • One-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination during wedding week

Wedding Day Coordination

  • One Lead Coordinator and two Assistant Coordinators on-site for up to 8-10 hours, scheduling determined by logistics

  • Full coordination of all hired vendors, including venue staff, catering, rentals, floral, production, entertainment, photography, videography, beauty, officiant, and transportation

  • Management of the wedding day schedule, cues, and transitions

  • Pre-ceremony coordination with the wedding party and immediate family

  • Placement of personal décor items on tables and designated surfaces
    (Includes place cards, menus, signage, favors, and pre-assembled décor. Does not include setup of tables, chairs, linens, place settings, or rental items.)

  • Oversight of ceremony, cocktail hour, reception flow, and key moments

  • On-site problem solving and timeline adjustments as needed

  • End-of-night wrap-up and coordination of personal items

Signature Planning Sessions

Signature Planning Sessions are one-on-one virtual planning sessions personally led by Petal & Palm’s founder and lead planner, Ashley Kozlovski. These sessions are ideal for couples who are planning their wedding independently but want expert guidance, structure, and reassurance from an experienced professional.

Whether you’re just getting started or navigating final decisions, these sessions provide thoughtful, strategic support without full coordination or execution.

Sessions are conducted via Zoom and can be scheduled flexibly as planning needs evolve.

Signature Planning Sessions may be used for:

  • A planning check-in and progress assessment

  • Budget guidance and vendor prioritization

  • Timeline creation or refinement

  • Review of vendor contracts and planning documents

  • Logistics troubleshooting and decision support

  • Etiquette guidance and preparation for next steps

  • Planning support ahead of a future coordination handoff
